Magma 1.8 Release blockers:

1. Magma CI is broken. Need to be fixed ASAP. Wave labs PRs related to 1.8 Release can be merged only after the CI issue is fixed. 
   1. Setting the registry location in magma artifactory - ~lte/gateway/deploy/roles/magma_deploy/vars/all.
