From the logs it appears that mme is going through multiple scenarios like mme is handling multi UE and multi eNB with different types of procedures like request for handover, UE entering to idle state and back to active state; sctp disconnection. From logs I re-created few of scenario, but looks to be good.  Right now we shall replace assert with error log and return.
