Update on DevOps activity - CI/CD of S1AP token issue got fixed and PR merged.
- Facing some other issues in CI builds. Devops team working on the same.
- All OVS PRs need to be merged for branch cut.
New ASN proposal - ASN Proposal updated based on the comments/discussion in features group meeting (#15317)
(Jordan) - use current compiler for 1.9 and start a separate thread for v 2.0 and attach the new ASN proposal in that thread
